Working for ATT, an government institution dedicated to regulate and manage telecommunication, transportation and postal service. I developed the logotype and UI graphic system for the IMEI web site service. The IU for the website had to be very on point so that the user can easily enter the IMEI code and get the information they require.
As the primary regulatory body governing telecommunications within the country, I adhered to established guidelines throughout the project. However, the central focus remained on creating a user-friendly application that seamlessly integrates simplicity with functionality. Our objective was to present users with an intuitive platform, ensuring an effortless experience while utilizing its features.
Collaborating closely with both the IT and Communication departments of the institution, we successfully presented the prototype, gained approval from directors, and transitioned the product to production within a timeframe of 3 months. The final product was launched through a comprehensive campaign across newspapers and various media outlets nationwide. Its reception was overwhelmingly positive, resonating with the public by instilling a greater sense of safety and simultaneously empowering consumers to defend their rights, a central objective of the institution.
